A young hooligan brother of Bilyi Nalyv - DOGZ&BURGERZ has opened on a food court of the GLOBUS shopping center. As you could already guess they’ve got hot dogs (classic or vegan) for UAH 29 and burgers (classic and HP in salad leaves) for UAH 39. Other positions on the menu also cost UAH 29: oysters with lemon, potato dippers with cheese sauce, apple or chicken pie, apple cider, tincture, punch and lemonade.

It’s not just about affection for Kyiv. Dor over two years now we’ve had this Vozdvyzhenka district portal. Believe it or not – half of the houses here were empty not so long ago, and there were no street lights. Today Vozdvyzhenks is a modern district with own infrastructure. Sure, we all know about #salovarenykyborsht, but the first thing 90% of foreigners associate with Kyiv is a ckassic Chicken Kyiv. Although Chicken Kyiv has become popular not long ago, in 1950-s, just having appeared on the menu of “Inturist”, it’s history started much earlier – with famous de volaille and à la Maréchal cutlets, that were forgotten during the World War I and the revolution. The great come back happened in the 30-s in one of the New York restaurants, whre the MFA cook made that very Chicken Kyiv for Ukrainian delegation. There are as much versions of Chicken Kyiv as legends related to it: the naked Chicken Kyiv (like one they make in Kanapa), one made of pheasant or pikeperch… But we still love classics: an ideal breading, liquid filling of melted butter with greenery, tender chicken breast – surely, served on truffle mash.
